Delivery
UK - £15.00
Deliveries to most areas will be within 2 days and can be tracked. Scottish Islands and remote areas will take longer and cannot be given a guaranteed delivery time.
EUROPE - £45.00
Standard by road service.
Transit time from 3 to 7 days and deliveries can be tracked. Outlying areas will take longer and cannot be given a guaranteed delivery time.
USA - £65.00
Transit time from 2 to 7 days subject to customs clearance. Deliveries to remote and outlying areas will take longer.

All delivery options are currently only applicable to 1 item. If you wish to purchase multiple bags, please contact us customerservices@gillislondon.com for a quotation.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.
Warranty
Limited 3 year warranty on all Gillis London camera bags. The vintage leather is tanned to age beautifully so unique marks of usage and wear will give the bag character and charm for many years to come.
Returns
In the unlikely event, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it.
Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to make a return. You will have another 14 days to return the goods to us.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be;
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your product needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Products NOT Eligible For Returns or Refunds
- Bags that have been ill-used.
- Damage owing to over-stuffing and over-loading the bag.
- Damage owing to putting too much weight in the bag in comparison to the size.
Refunds
Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product.
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. This is typically within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product.
